Booking Appointments
By booking an appointment with Solea Massage, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Cancellation & Appointment Policy. Appointments are subject to availability and are reserved specifically for each client. Please ensure that the information provided during booking is accurate and up to date.

Clients Under 18

For the safety, wellbeing and protection of both the client and therapist, clients under 18 must have informed consent provided by a parent or legal guardian .

The parent or legal guardian must complete and sign all required consent and intake documentation and must remain present for the entire duration of the treatment.

Clients under 18 will not be treated if the required consent has not been provided or if the parent or legal guardian is not present. In these circumstances, the appointment will need to be cancelled or rescheduled.

This policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions and applies to all clients under 18.

Client Information & Health History

To provide safe and effective massage treatment, clients are required to provide accurate and complete health information before receiving treatment.

Clients are responsible for informing Solea Massage of any changes to their health, medications, injuries, pregnancy status, or other relevant circumstances that may affect their treatment.

Failure to provide accurate information may affect the suitability or safety of treatment.

Treatment Suitability

Massage therapy is provided with the intention of supporting relaxation, wellbeing, muscle function, and recovery.

Solea Massage reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline treatment where it is considered unsafe or unsuitable based on the client's health information or circumstances.

Where appropriate, clients may be advised to seek approval from a qualified healthcare professional before receiving treatment.

Payments

Payment or deposit is required at the time of booking or treatment unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include those provided through the booking and payment system.

Arriving for Your Appointment

Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointment.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced to avoid affecting the next client's appointment. The full treatment fee remains payable.

Client Conduct

Solea Massage is committed to providing a safe, respectful and professional environment.

Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated, and treatment may be discontinued where necessary.

Treatment Results

Every person's response to massage therapy is different. While massage may assist with relaxation, muscle tension, mobility and wellbeing, results vary between individuals.

Solea Massage does not guarantee specific outcomes from treatment.
