Cancellation & Appointment Policy

At Solea Massage, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a small business, late cancellations and missed appointments can be difficult to fill at short notice. To help us provide the best care to all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with 24 hours' notice or more may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled treatment fee.

No Shows

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the treatment fee.

Running Late

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you where possible; however, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client, and the full treatment fee will still apply.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider each situation with care and understanding.
